Product – is the list of goods offered by the Seller on its website.
Registration – giving personal contacts with the purpose of buying coffee, taking into account personal discounts.
This User Agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) is a public contract in accordance with Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and has the appropriate legal force.
The act of full acceptance of this Agreement is filling out and sending the registration form on the site, making an order/payment.
If the Buyer does not agree with any of the clauses of this Agreement, or with the Agreement as a whole, he must refrain from registering or buying on the site, respectively.
Making purchases on the Site presupposes the Buyer’s consent to the rules, terms, restrictions and other the terms of cooperation set forth in this document at the time of their acceptance of this Agreement.
By accepting this Agreement, the Buyer confirms that:
a) he is an adult and capable person who can transact at his own discretion and discretion;
b) his actions are really aimed at making a purchase on the Site, they do not contain malicious intent, fraudulent intentions, attempts to disrupt the normal operation of the Site, gain unauthorized access to information that is intellectual property or commercial secret of the Site, use the Site in an inappropriate way (for example, as an exchange office, for search engine optimization purposes, etc.), discredit the Site or other Users, etc.;
c) according to the User’s information, his actions do not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties;
d) contact information provided by the Buyer to the Site is correct, complete and up-to-date;
e) when making payments in favor of the Seller, the Buyer has legal rights to make these payments;
f) when making payments in favor of the Seller, the Buyer has legal rights to receive data on his payments.
Site Activity is governed by the legislation of Ukraine, as well as by international legal norms in force on the territory of Ukraine.
Price of the Goods
The price of the Goods is indicated on the Seller’s Website and cannot be reformed in relation to orders already placed.
Order processing
Order processing is carried out in accordance with the Seller’s order processing schedule indicated on his Site, namely:
all orders, regardless of their content, are processed by the Seller daily, except Saturday and Sunday and public holidays from 9 to 18, and are sent for dispatch as soon as possible after the order. On Saturday and Sunday, all orders are collected and implemented on Monday.
In the event of a change in the order processing schedule for a specific week, the Seller undertakes to post information about this on the main page of his Site and notify Buyers about the change in schedule in the e-mail newsletter carried out by the Seller.
Payment for the Goods
Payment for the Goods is carried out by the Buyer either remotely through the Seller’s Site using the services of companies engaged by the Seller to process remote payments, or by cash on delivery upon receipt of the order. Payment of the commission for the transfer of money for the order is carried out according to the current tariffs of the transport company.
Personal data
For the successful processing of orders, the Seller asks the Buyer for a minimum set of personal data necessary for the correct processing of the order. By placing an order on the Seller’s Website, the Buyer thereby consents to the processing of his personal data in the understanding of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” dated February 23, 2012 No. 4452-VI, as amended. The Seller undertakes not to use the Buyer’s personal data for any other purpose, except for processing his order, and not to transfer them to third parties, unless such transfer is directly necessary, as, for example, in the case of transferring the Buyer’s address and phone number to the delivery company.
By placing an Order on the Site, the User agrees to the collection and processing (accumulation, storage, adaptation, renewal, use, distribution, depersonalization and destruction) of the data specified by him, namely: last name, first name, patronymic, e-mail, phone, address, in order to ensure the implementation of sales and purchase relations, relations in the field of consumer protection, in the field of advertising and marketing research, and also gives his consent to the transfer (distribution) of his data to LLC “NOVAYA POCHTA” (31316718 ), other forwarding and courier organizations, and other third parties (without limitation) at the discretion of the Site Administration. This provision is valid for an unlimited period of time.
Cancellation of order
The Buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time without giving any reason. The Seller, however, asks the Buyer, if possible, to cancel the order before 14-00 on working days so that the Buyer’s order is not sent.
The Seller is not responsible for the activities of couriers, transport companies involved by him third-party companies delivering orders to the Buyer and receiving funds from the Buyer on behalf of the Seller. The buyer, however, has every right to refuse to receive the order due to the incorrect behavior of the courier.
Copyright
All texts posted on the Seller’s Website are written by the Seller or third parties involved by him and are the intellectual property of the Seller. The use of texts from the Seller’s Website for commercial purposes is permitted only with the written consent of the Seller.
Quality assurance
The Seller guarantees to the Buyer that the description of the Product on the label is fully consistent with its contents and that the production of the Product is fully consistent with the specified roasting date.
